Anything of quality takes time... and usually multiple revisions. So it is with the Space Freighter, it takes time and experience to turn it into a finely honed colonization machine. I launch it, realize its got bugs, relaunch it, send it to Minmus, and after I finish recording this video I realize that this version has bugs too. So next episode will start with Space Freighter 02 docking with Nova Station to pick up colonists, rather than 01... its a long story.

But the space freighter has to be just right, cuz this is my baby. My Millenium Falcon, the NCC-1701 to my Kirk, the Firefly-class spaceship to my Mal Reynolds, ma ride, ma thing, ma pimpmobile, my ship. Every other ship I've done has been made for one mission and then discarded pretty much. This ship type on the other hand is going to be the backbone of my colonization of the solar system. It has to be right.
