AAPI Month 2: Rakuen

Welcome to the second video for our AAPI Appreciation Month! Today we're continuing our month with Rakuen, a game created by Laura Shigihara in 2017. This game follows a small boy from Japan who is currently living in a hospital. Along the way, he meets many new friends and mysterious persons. As you continue to play through the game, you learn about a thief in the hospital and about how everyone feels about each other, painting an even broader spectrum of colors for you to work with. Behind every locked door is a new secret to find and a new person to meet. Such a fun experience for all to enjoy!
I hope this sheds light onto my fellow AAPI this month and especially my Native and American Japanese friends. The music and art of this story are just phenomenal and I'm sure you will discover this right away with the game's opening song alone.
I truly appreciate all of your support and I hope you will also support all of the wonderful AAPI culture this month! They all deserve so much more than we are giving them! ββ€
