Hello Sweets!

Welcome to the fourth and final video for our AAPI Appreciation Month! For this video, we're doing something a little different. The game we're playing is called Raji: An Ancient Epic and takes place in India; but, not just any India! Raji and her brother Golu (Goo-Lu) get swept up into a world where their friends and families are being taken by Mahabalasura(the lord of demons)'s demons; including Raji's brother Golu! By the time Raji awakens, Golu is nowhere to be found and she is in a strange place surrounded by three remarkably large and mighty women. She is then lead down a path and walks past many more powerful women and eventually is lead to the great statue of Durga. Here she is blessed with the Trishul, Durga's most powerful weapon.

After receiving this blessing Raji is able to put her skills to use. She starts climbing, jumping, dashing, and fighting all kinds of monsters with Durga's Trishul. She also gains favor with Vishnu and he ends up helping Raji as well. The entire time, they both talk and make sure that she is a good candidate for this power. Finally, Vishnu agrees and ends up helping Raji and explaining the stories of long ago when Mahabalasura and Durga faught and how they both came to be.

This game focuses heavily on the mythological aspects of India and really plays into the fun of Gods and Demons. The movement is very fun and enjoyable and comboing is fantastic! This game was developed by Nodding Heads Games and Published by SUPER!. All together, a wonderful game thus far! I can't wait to continue it!

I hope this sheds light onto my fellow AAPI friends this month and especially my Native and American Indian and Hindi/u friends. I truly appreciate all of your support and I hope you will also support all of the wonderful AAPI culture this month! They all deserve so much more than we are giving them! ✊❤
