Abyssal Reisen, similar to her playable version, is a magic based, ailment inflicting, defense piercing attacker specializing in MYS affinity. You can expect to be afflicted with SIL, TRR, SHK and all sorts of debuffs in this fight though if you're already at this floor, you've already experienced much worse. Abyssal Reisen starts off by using one of her three spellcards at random (including Lunatic Red Eyes, a MYS group targeting attack that inflicts SIL, TRR and a MND debuff; Mind Starmine, another MYS group targeting attack which inflicts SHK; or Discarder, a single target DRK attack that inflicts a debuff on all stats). After you've damaged her by a certain amount, Reisen gets serious and begins her static pattern.

Since I can't really describe the pattern without it sounding like I just copied, pasted and then used a thesaurus on the Wiki entry of this fight, I'll leave you to look that up on the Wiki. Instead, here's some actually new information:

-In case it wasn't obvious with Aya: Reisen has just enough EVA to make characters without boosted ACC miss fairly frequently. If you somehow haven't already, make sure all your mainstay attackers have Tomes of Accuracy

-According to her character page on the Wiki, Lunatic Red Eyes and Mind Starmine have high ACC modifiers (LRE has +60 ACC, while MS has +30 ACC). This is good to know if you're relying on EVA characters for this fight

-An Elementalist can be quite effective here since Reisen mostly relies on MYS. Just make sure you capture the right affinity (if your Elementalist tanks Discarder, they will be giving extra resistance to DRK and not MYS)

-There are quite a few ways to deal with Reisen's ailments. I showcase Mystia's SIL healing move, Hina could probably also be useful here (as she has Spinning More Than Usual, which powers up Hina if she's afflicted with SIL. She also as her general debuff gimmick).

-Contrary to what the Wiki says, Reisen does have some damage threshold before going into her pattern (you can see Miko debuffing Reisen and causing damage to her for several turns before she actually begins her static pattern)

While Abyssal Reisen isn't vulnerable to any ailments, she is surprisingly only neutral to PSN, TRR and debuffs. She also only has some resistance to PAR, HVY and SHK.

She is weak to SPI, WND and NTR, neutral to PHYS, somewhat resists CLD, resists DRK and FIR and strongly resists MYS (as expected). She seems to have better MND than DEF.

Since Reisen is yet "another boss with low DEF and low NTR and / or SPI affinity" this video is just more of my party playing with its food (I specifically used this as an excuse to use ATK-build Aya). Probably should have given her an ACC boost but I wasn't in the mood to grind for Infinity Gems.
