Abyssal Sakuya has a static five turn loop:

Lunar Clock (her personal, SPD-buffing skill)
Soul Sculpture (group targeting, composite WND attack. CANNOT BE DODGED)
Great Whirlwind (generic, row targeting WND attack)
Killing Doll (single target DRK attack. +50 to ACC)
Jack the Ludo Bile (turns what's left of her SPD buff into a permanent attack buff)

And she'll use it for the whole fight. At 50% HP and 15% HP she'll use her signature Private Square combo. In case you need a reminder, it inflicts a 100% unavoidable PAR effect on the front row. Sakuya will then use Misdirection (her group targeting, PHYS attack with +25 to ACC) four times and then she'll pick up where she left off with her static pattern. Abyssal Sakuya is neutral to all affinities. She strongly resists DTH, TRR and SHK, highly resists SIL, HVY and debuffs, is somewhat resistant to PAR and is neutral to PSN.

If you can reliably survive her Private Square combo, you've won half the battle. The other half of this battles is the speed buffs. Buff removers can handle that, though sometimes you can get unlucky. Some other random bits:

-Evasion tanks won't be too helpful, since Sakuya's attacks have high ACC (and Soul Sculpture is straight up undodgable)

-Since she pauses her loop to use Private Square, you don't want to hit her 50% HP threshold at any point (definitely don't hit it before she's about to use Soul Sculpture). It's best to do it after you've removed her SPD buff and after Soul Sculpture. The optimal stopping point is probably right before Jack the Ludo Bile

-Pretty sure Sakuya counts as Human species, so Rumia gets a damage bonus here

-As seen in this video, an easy strategy for surviving Private Square is to use Reimu's heal-on-death passive.

-PSN can do a lot of damage to Sakuya during Private Square
