I've wanted to do this for a year now but lack of ideas on how to proceed or how it works have just made me go mwuh.. But tonight, I just had this huge desire to do it.

After attempting and failing spectacularly with Vegas Pro, I googled around, found a video ( Best Upscaling Software? by CGStirk ) that showcased a program called "Topaz Video Enhance AI". Hence the watermark.. Sorry but I don't have the money to pay 200$ for a program like that ..

I had to do some tweaking and there was a lot of hairpulling, but I eventually got it to this point, where I thought it was, okay enough. Some parts I'm very happy about, somethings came out even better than I expected, and others I wish was better. I am not an professional video editing kind of person.

What do you all think?

I mainly wanted to do this, to 'provoke a response' from people that are knowledge in upscaling and detail retention, for them to step forward and take on the task of upscaling all #AceCombat3 #Electrosphere cutscenes to 4K.
