Acer Aspire E14 ES1-411-C507 Review and Benchmarks.
..Much like the Acer Aspire E15 ES1 we looked at earlier, this smaller-footprint 14" model is almost identical in what it offers with a Bay Trail N2840 and Intel HD graphics and a 500Gb hard drive, this model comes with only 2Gb of memory (upgradeable to 8Gb) and a removable external battery.

So far it has not been seen on the MS Store USA. But it has been $195 US ( = $249 CDN) for a while now here in Canada, so I am hoping that this is a new price point where we see low end 2Gb laptops with actual hard drives rather than inadequate 32Gb eMMC SSD storage. If it shows up on the US MS site at under $200 then we have a new winner in the $200 price point.

Also, I'm liking this 14" footprint more than I thought I would. I'm used to 15.6" laptops and this size and weight are proving to hit a perfect comfort spot for me. It's feels quite compact, yet big enough that I feel I'm using a normal device.

While gaming, this thing never seems to get warm. The Aspire E15 would hear the fan have a low hum when gaming, but I don't even recall hearing the fan on this device. Despite the air intake and exhaust ports, I'm getting kind of curious whether it even has a fan. :-p
