{ACS} - Stahn vs 7x Barbatos
2So I'm once again extremely busy these days, though not always. With time off this week-end, I decided to finally do one of the most logical 7x Barbatos battles.
So, the hot-blooded Stahn. So. Much. Fire. He has many useful moves, that hit large areas hard and many times. But he takes way too long to recover from his Artes, which makes this battle much harder than it should be. Shikou Bakuenjin is his greatest hope, because it makes him invincible while still kicking Barbatos ass. Actually, it's not just his best attack, it's completely broken.
Though this is perhaps my 10th 7x Barbatos video, I'm STILL playing around with the settings. More specifically, the Mystic Arte Glitch (MA's only hit 1 foe with full damage). I kept the glitch, but made it so that more damage is dealt to everyone, even if only one foe is hit fully. In exchange, I lowered the TP cost of the MA's.
Unfortunately, it appears Stahn is a weird case where not all MA's have this glitch, so I'm not really sure what the end result is.
Oh, and after his Mystic Artes? He gets hit. Always. So I tried hacking a solution for that, but it only seems to work for some MA's, and only sometimes.
On another note, recovering in the air is very tricky. It doesn't always activate. I had an idea and made the recovery button "down", a button which can be held pressed. So whenever you see me recovering, it's actually at the 1st possible frame, every time. Normally you recover with A, so you have to mash it... so as soon as you do recover, you accidentally slash the air, fall down and get hit again.
The second half the of the video is the same fight, with the Hit Judge activated. Since some Mystic Artes deal their full damage to only one enemy, chosen pretty much at random, you can see how lucky I got.
Barbatos hates Stahn. In my attempts, I've never seen so many Genocide Bravers. Even without TP. Other than that, Stahn has a hard time with this fight unless you spam Shikou Bakuenjin (you can dodge almost anything with it! Spam it and it becomes very easy).
