With the defeat of Tanzra, in the previous game, the Master gets to have a much deserved rest. Unfortunately, it's not long (at least for Master and his cadre of angels) before thirteen of Tanzra's minions resurrect him and start reeking havoc on the lands below. Garbed in a whole new appearance, having wings and a very handy shield, Master sets out to stop Tanzra once and for all.

Unlike the previous entry in the series, unless you count its Professional Difficulty, this game is nothing but action stages. That's right, one of the things that I found endearing in the first game, the city building part, is completely absent. Also, for some reason, this game is extraordinarily difficult. As a result of this, and a lack of understanding of the game's mechanics, I opted for the Easy Difficulty. Which, as it turns out, means that Tanzra gets a good laugh, due to the game ending before we get to confront him. Oh well, I'll eventually practice to take on the Normal Difficulty.
