I have been playing this game for nearly 2 weeks before launch and found some good tricks that will be useful for speedrunning.
The flying glitch requires a shield and either a banana or a sticky bomb.

Equip and get your shield out then:

*Banana
Jump and hold the grenade button until the throwing arc is at a high angle.

*Sticky Bomb
Tap the throw grenade button to throw it at a straight line, the outcome varies from distance boosting to major height boosts/drops.
