One of my favourite parts about 3d printing is the freedom it gives to write your own stories for the models you print so you can use them in multiple games! This Wendigo from @dragontrapperslodge5730 is a perfect monster for games of Dungeons and Dragons, Warhammer The Old World, and my latest obsession, The Silver Bayonet! Dragon Trappers Lodge models always spark such cool stories in my head for role play games so I can fit in all their crazy creations!

Basing scheme for this model:
AK Terrain Dark Earth texture paste
Ryza Rust (dry) brush
Screaming Skull (layer) dry brush
Add tufts as desired!
Here's how and why I prime the way I do!
Two different rattle/spray cans are used-one full solid coat of black, and a lighter coat of grey seer sprayed from above to add light/dark areas. The lighter coating of grey seer adds a small amount of grit(too small for the eye to see) from to give the contrast paint a better surface to cling too. Contrast paints don’t work well on black primers, the colours won’t show up well.
