Off to another type of “ocean” world! Let’s dive into Aether Seas!

This is one of the most dangerous types of planets specific to Frackin Universe. They introduce the concept of Cosmic Damage, which will eat away at your health as fast as Radioactive Poisoning. You might have time to make it to the bottom of the ocean and snag a few of those precious, precious Xithricite, but you definitely won’t be planet-bound for long without proper EPPs and augments.

In addition to Xithricite, you can mine plenty of Liquid Aether here, which can be thrown into a Gas Centrifuge to make Ancient Essences (needed for Terraformers) and Alien Compound. If you’re in a bind and don’t have diamonds on hand, then those Alien Compunds can be your ticket to swimming in pixels, too. Also, you CAN fish here!

As for colonizing…seriously? Yeah, I get that it’s pretty and you might want to convert one of those Haunted Castles into the FrackinU equivalent of Maleficent’s Castle, but your NPCs aren’t going to like those cosmic storms very much! (Livestock, a bit more so.)
