This video contains gameplay footage of "African Safari", developed by Kyle Hodgetts and taken from the "U-Bewdy All Aussie Pak", published by ECP in 1987. It's not a complete play through, but rather a brief demonstration of the game in action in order to give you an idea of it.

Gameplay footage was recorded from a PAL (Early) C64C via Composite, with the resulting footage deinterlaced and rendered out at 50 frames per second (as you would expect for PAL hardware).

Additional Notes:
I found this one incredibly frustrating - I wanted to record a long play (using a solution), but the sequence on the river was as far as I could get due to the fiddling timing required to get to the landing point successfully.

Despite that, it's actually an interesting adventure game, sitting in the mid point between classic text adventures, and the SCUMM games like Maniac Mansion. In fact, it reminds me somewhat of the earlier Sierra adventures (which never got a release on the C64 due to memory constraints), in that you control your character via joystick, but interact using a text-based parser.
