"Drak" on Commodore 64 (Long Play)
This video contains a long play of "Drak", developed by an unknown developer and taken from the "U-Bewdy All Aussie Pak", published by ECP in 1987. This was recorded using with a solution to hand, though I did make a few mistakes when entering some commands.
Gameplay footage was recorded from a PAL (Early) C64C via Composite, with the resulting footage deinterlaced and rendered out at 50 frames per second (as you would expect for PAL hardware).
Additional Notes:
Like African Safari, this is another adventure in the style of using the joystick to the control the player, and interaction via a text parser. This time though, the parser is much rougher - typically you only need to enter the first two letters for the verb and the object. In addition, there's a few weird bugs with this one, including the crash to the READY prompt at the end of the game.
