■ Ingredients (Serves 2)
・1 block of silken tofu (300g)
☆Addictive Sauce
・1/2 green onion (80g)
・1 clove of garlic
・1 clove of ginger
・1 tablespoon sugar
・3 tablespoons mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
・100cc water
・A few chili peppers (sliced)
・1/2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
■ Steps
(1) Finely chop the green onion. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and finely chop. Finely chop the ginger.
(2) Combine the sugar, mentsuyu, and water in a bowl and mix. Microwave uncovered at 600W for 1 minute. Add the remaining ☆ ingredients and mix (addictive sauce). (Heating once will help the flavor penetrate the tofu more easily.)
(3) Place the tofu in a bowl and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Pour the addictive sauce over it. Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour. (・Drain any excess water from the tofu package.
・You can eat this right away, but marinating it will allow the flavor to penetrate the tofu and make it even more delicious.)
