■Ingredients (serves 4)
・1 bag of nameko mushrooms (100g)
・1 bag of enoki mushrooms (200g)
・2 tablespoons of sake
・2 tablespoons of water
☆Seasonings
・1 tablespoon of sugar
・1 tablespoon of mirin
・3 tablespoons of soy sauce
■Procedure
(1) Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain them. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and loosen them.
(2) Add nameko mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, sake, and water to a frying pan, cover, and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
