(AGDQ 2016 Submission) Gex: Enter the Gecko PS1 Any% Speedrun in 57:35

*update* it didn't make it :( Sucks, I worked extremely hard on this submission, and Gex didn't make it. It's not my fault I'm pretty sure it was not, Albino got Gex in with a PB of 57 on N64! and this version loses time to N64. Yes I am mad, and sad, but oh well, I cannot do anything about it.
Everyone has dreams. I tried my best of bests to get this submission ready before October 10th, which is when submissions open, and do a good quality submission as well. I practiced for more than a week to get the submission, but really I've been playing this game almost every day since I started speedrunning it. I also got an internet upgrade, so I'm gonna be streaming a lot more, starting today. I'm going to keep working with this game, I believe the sub 57 is possible, it's going to be very hard, but I'm pretty sure it is possible. So, I've done my part, the next phase is to wait, and hope that this game gets accepted to AGDQ.

Run Review (played on PS2):
Out of toon:
This level went pretty good overall, really smooth execution, but sadly, I got pretty bad RNG with dialogues, so that cost me around 2 seconds.
Smellraiser:
Also really well played, got all of the skips pretty fast and first try, and lag reduction was pretty OK.
Tiki Bros:
Pretty good fight, but bad RNG with the dialogue.
Frankensteinfield:
Got both TV cancels. Didn't go for the third remote skip, because it's not worth for a marathon run. Overall, it was a really good level.
Mushoo Pork:
Pretty good fight. Bad RNG.
Fine Tooning:
Failed the TV cancel. Got the skip first try and first try. Besides failing the TV cancel, it was a really good level.
The Umpire Strikes Out:
Really good level.
Pangaea 20910:
Got the TV cancel. Pretty good level as well, I actually got a gold here.
www.dotcom.com:
Got the out of bounds skip first try. Didn't one cycle the jumps, besides that, it was a good level.
Mao Tse Tongue:
Window skip first try, sign skip first try, last platform jump first try and ceiling jump first try! Lost a cycle in the dragon fight, but only costs like 2 seconds. Second remote was really good as well. I actually, was really close to golding this level.
This Old Cave:
Got the skip both times first try. Failed one TV cancel and got the other one. Well played level.
Honey I Shrunk the Gecko:
Failed to get to the cycle room twice lol, didn't lose that much time tho, because I got every early cycle. OK level. No big mistakes, only minor mistakes.
Poltergex:
Really well played.
Gexzilla vs Mecharez:
Really good fight, got 4 double hits.
Samurai Night Fever:
Got the hard skip first try, but failed door skip. The other two remotes were really well played.
Pain in the Asteroids:
Got one TV cancel, I opted not to go for the other one, because I didn't want to kill the run. Also, decided to go for the safe route because I didn't want to risk it. Didn't go for once cycle platform jumps, for the same reason. With all that in mind, I played the level really safe, and it went well.
Rez:
Got the three early hits, but lag optimization was bad. Also, I didn't exactly get perfect RNG, tho I didn't miss any cycle. It was an OK fight.
Overall: VERY GOOD run, I hacve very little time saves to PB again.
