Could actually be one of the many other groups associated with the game, but it's happened in so many relic games that I suspect this is on them.

Note I do play a lot of their games, it's just that eventually I don't. If they want to keep that longevity of this running, they'll want to work on their balance patching. Not necessarily by listening to me, I may be off the mark of their process, but it is curious that what I'm talking about keeps happening.

By the way, there are other higher level players that also agree where the state of some factions are, so my overall assessment of the bad balance isn't unique to me or other lower level players (though I don't know how low plat actually is.)
