My first time ever finishing Alex Kidd recorded through my capture device. This marks my very first SEGA Master System AND first upload over 15 minutes.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World is a pretty good game. I don't know if I could find a more suitable game for the definition of "trial and error". You actually play rock-paper-scissors with most bosses and they only have a pattern the first time you face them as far as I know. If you screw up they change their choices.

I'm sure most of you know this by now, but Alex Kidd was actually SEGA's first mascot designed to battle Nintendo's Mario. Obviously he didn't do too well and by the time Sonic hit the scene the series was pretty much forgotten save for a few cameos in later SEGA games like Segagaga.

Some of the castle stages actually seem like they could have inspired Mega Man's level design to me, do any of you agree?
