Here's a curious little puzzle platformer that lives up to the title. In this game, you control a boy who has been turned into a ball by some evil scientist (well I certainly think he's evil for experimenting on little boys like he does to our hero in the intro) and must now recover a cog in each stage.

Your character has 4 different states he can transform into, a bowling ball that can smash blocks, a bouncing ball that can jump high, a water blob that can pass through certain water gates and a cloud that can fly.

But you can't just transform at will into whatever form is needed at the current time, you have a very limited number of transformations (though there are some powerups that gift you extra transformations) and you have to mainly rely on the level features (mainly heat and ice blocks) to do most of the transforming.

It's an interesting concept that works reasonably well, but gets quite challenging rather quickly, especially as each stage is also timed.

And to help you if you decide to play this game, the transformation progression is bowling ball - bouncing ball - water blob - cloud, and reverse this when freezing.
