Alicia is a good early pvp character. this build makes her much tankier while she's moving whether its in the air or ground.

Tips
Always try to keep moving when fighting, if you're going to shoot then try to do so from the air since you can move in faster the air with the acrobatic card equipped which will also give you the damage reduction from swiftness since swiftness reduces damage depending on how fast your moving. up to 35%, if you need to heal then make sure to take cover first
