Alien: Isolation Greenlight Demo (2009)
Playthrough of Alien: Isolation's original greenlight demo made for SEGA in 2009 by the Creative Assembly at the end of their previous project, Viking: Battle for Asgard.
After this greenlight demo, CA were granted permission to start work on a sci-fi shooter title, but weren't given license for the Alien IP due to the number of Alien games SEGA already had in development reaching the maximum their contract with Fox would allow. CA's sci-fi project went through two different titles; "Legend" and "Moon" - both of which eventually amalgamated into Alien: Isolation when SEGA cancelled Obsidian's "Aliens: Crucible", freeing up space for CA's Alien IP. It was initially named "Alien Year Zero", but the team changed the name before release as they thought it was too similar to the Nine Inch Nails album.
I've had this video unlisted for years (hence the old comments and view count), but figured it finally deserved to be set as public!
The demo's name is: "\AYZ - IL0 - Demo\legend_360_05_rel.xex"
