Alien Vendetta (2002) - map 06: Hillside Siege (100% UV - modded)
There's a certain step up in difficulty in this map. It's a really cool one and the midi, by stewboy, adds a "Speed of Doom" feel to it. Come to think of it, this map also resembles SoD aesthetically, probably inspired Darkwave and Joshy a bit.
I got the unmaker in this level, which is dropped by cyberdemons and spider-masterminds in this mod. It's not very good as it is, but wait until I get all the demon keys (which are also dropped randomly by dead boss demons).
I forgot to show the "text screen" that appears after this map, so I'm including it here:
"Having bravely blasted your way through the urban outskirts known as the 'old city' and wiping your brow as you get ready to leave the fortified outpost, you activate the hidden teleporter that will take you to the Gatehouse.
The Gatehouse leads to an assortment of castles and fortifications from where the denizens from hell oppress the world.
