Aliens versus Predator 2 Gameplay - Alien Episode 4: Vengeance
1The cost of having Major McCain's soldiers traversing the Tunnel was a power outage of the Forward Observation Pods' Security System for 15 minutes. That meant the loss of Dimitri, one of the Iron Bears, who was outside guarding the installation's perimeter. The Aliens were waiting for the opportunity and overwhelmed Weyland-Yutani's Security Guards. The Security System went back online and the situation seemed controlled, but one Alien Drone managed to infiltrate Pod 2 during that window of time. Knowing that only one loose Alien could compromise the integrity of the Pods and all the experiments and research carried out within, the Security Teams were dispatched and the emergency protocols were activated. Among those experiments, the most remarkable, and delicate is an Artificial Hive, which allows to study the Xenomorph behavior in a somewhat "controlled" environment.
