Aliens versus Predator 2 Gameplay - Alien Episode 5: Abduction
1It took me some time to figure out the chronological order of the remaining episodes, after the storylines of the three species cross over at the Forward Observation Pods, but the following reasoning supports my decision. First, the Alien Drone is the first one to escape from the Pods after sabotaging the Artificial Hive, while Harrison was still recovering Tomiko's Data Disc. Then the Predator escapes just a tad earlier than Harrison after opening a large hole at the Cargo Bay of Pod 3, and then Harrison left the Pods after the Predator jumped onto the Dropship's roof and fought against the Iron Bears, one of them piloting a Combat Exosuit (the Exosuit Pilot was Ivan, General Rykov's second-in-command). By the time Harrison left the Pods, the Tunnel Network that led to the Alien Hive was already sealed, so it's time to see how this happened, which is explained in this episode.
Operation Savior is apparently going as planned, at least the part that involves capturing the Alien Empress. Doctor Eisenberg is confident that the fear of the Empress for her own survival will appease the remaining Xenomorphs, deeming unnecessary to seal the Tunnel Network as the Aliens would stop attacking the Human Posts after threatening the Empress. However, she won't just let these arrogant Humans do what they please, so she called the Xenomorphs to resume their attacks. The player's Alien Drone is one of those underlings that heeded her call, and has to prevent the Human forces to destroy the detonators, and thus, allow the other Aliens to rescue the Empress from Doctor Eisenberg and his Combat Synthetics.
Will the Aliens manage to prevent the sealing of the Tunnel Network, or at least, to make their way in time to rescue their Empress?
