Aliens versus Predator 2 Gameplay - Predator Episode 7: Trophy
1Now that I feel better, I proceeded to record what I originally intended: the final missions of the Aliens versus Predator 2 campaigns.
According to the storyline, the Predator campaign is the first one to finish. General Rykov proceeded with his plan to draw the player's Predator to the heart of the Alien Hive, while the rest of the Iron Bears are preparing to leave LV-1201, leaving Dunya in charge of the Mercenary Group. From the lower floors of the Tunnel Network that connected the Primary Operations Complex with the Forward Observation Pods, the Predator chases Rykov deeper and deeper into the Alien Hive, meeting all types of Aliens in the way. Only two Combat Synthetics and two Sentry Guns remained guarding the Tunnels from any Aliens who ventured into the Weyland-Yutani-controlled portion of the Network, most likely deployed by Doctor Eisenberg instead of the General, but the Aliens are by far the greatest concern.
Rational beings who know how dangerous the Aliens are wouldn't venture into that Hive, but when their honor is involved, rational thinking doesn't apply for Predators. Fortunately, their highly advanced gear and life-long training certainly help to even the odds, but even so, it will take all its skills and resourcefulness to just reach General Rykov, in preparation for their ultimate showdown. No quarter. Only one of them will live by the end of it to tell the story.
By the way, my apologies for not doing the comprehensive exploration of the environment I usually do, but I get very tense when passing by the area where the Facehuggers appeared.
