Aliica Disc Golf Vlog Day 8 - First round of the season!
4Hello and greetings from Finland! This account is all about disc golf. It’s all about getting better and reaching the LEGEND level!
We only discovered the happy sport called disc golf last year and fell in love instantly. As one can guess the skills were not quite there right away.
Aliica studied the best and used hundreds of hours in YouTube to learn how to put, approach and drive. Wife just threw some discs.
The last 9 holes of the season wife ended up winning and that was totally unacceptable. Time to be better!

As we both have reached the best years of our lives (over30) and live a busy life as a parent for two beautiful girls and also have jobs and a business to run, this account will serve as a experiment. How good can we get with the little time we have?
We have decided to put effort to this. We will use at least an hour a day to get better. At times this requires some creative solutions and we are here to document them!
Welcome aboard!
In day 8 of the Vlog, We decided to go visit one of our local courses to see how our practicing has helped our game. Well, long story short, we have a long way to go still. I was happy with my putting, but the drives from the tee were bad. My wife was the other way around. Her putting was off, but she managed to make the only two birdies because of her drive from the tee.
Back to practicing..
We also talked about the champions cup and how it concluded. Chris Dickerson won the cliffhanger final of the men's side. Dickerson's consistent playing was the key. Being calm when all eyes were on him. Beautiful to watch. On the women's side was a little bit more drama. Paige Pierce won because Kristin Tattar missed her last three putts.
The Women's final is still in the headlines, but for different reasons I won't go to.
