Every Fallout fan is familiar with the main protagonists, even the lesser-known ones like The Initiate or Warrior, who still hold some recognition. However, there are many, many others...13 in fact, that never made it into the final versions of their respective games. These characters were either cut, replaced, or the game was cancelled entirely. In Fallout 1, the protagonist, as you all know, is The Vault Dweller. Described as a 20-year-old, third-generation resident of Vault 13. However, the Vault Dweller might not be a random person, but one of the pre-set characters instead. Max Stone, Natalia Dubrovhsky, and Albert Cole are three potential protagonists, with Albert being the most popular stand-in for The Vault Dweller.
