Opening Theme: “Is the future of Selfies now in 3D?”
After playing with the new Bevel 3D, upcoming rumors or the Apple iPhone 8 new dual lens camera, Microsoft’s demo last year of a 3D capture app for Windows Mobile and other platforms, and Google’s Project Tango, now a part of the upcoming ASUS Zenfone AR. Will this be the start of a new way taking selfies, or just another gimmick?
“Guest Crasher:” Joshua Young, Reflective Brand, joins us from the floor of VRLA, which opens Friday, 4/14 around 11:00 am

Rummaging in the Tech Closet with Mike:
Part two of “VR Remodeling” Bring your SketchFab model into Unreal using Blender and avoiding some of my time consuming mistakes
The Printwhisperer:
Keep an open door and help your fellow man! So many good ideas are squandered due to lack of follow through or implementation. Easy ideas that solve problems. Pretty much every person I know has great ideas pumping through them all the time. Some are practical others aren’t. But that’s ok. Some are simple personalized solutions, while others are viable products that have the ability to generate passive income.
When it comes to a family member, friend, student, or neighbor you have the ability to help realize amazing things with your 3D printer. Not just your own ideas. A lot of times things are hung up due to financial constraints and a big one LAZINESS.
I have been opening up every other Friday (or so) after the podcast to help family and friends with small idea projects. I'm calling them inventor days. It really helps build my skills and can really be a good thing for fostering, and nurturing relationships. I put these days in my calendar and invite people I know have ideas over to sit one on one and draw in CAD. They get to learn a bit about how and what I do. I get to learn how to make stuff better. I feel like a writer that gets to tell a story that isn’t 100% my own.
