Commenter @DancesRainyStreets brought up "Aspect Warriors" by EA. Aspect Warriors is a cancelled action/RTS game based on the Warhammer 40000 universe. It was being developed by EA for the Sega Mega Drive and SNES in 1993 and set to be released in February 1994. It was cancelled for unknown reasons. I'll leave a link to the Unseen64 article below where you can check out a few screenshots from the only ad found of the game so far.
