You should ALWAYS MOUNT UP if possible in Albion Online. If a player dismounts next to you, they can't attack you for five seconds, but you can mount up in three, giving you a huge buffer for more HP they have to attack through to damage you. If you aren't on a mount and players come after you, it'll be much harder to escape. Always have your mount ready, and if you don't have it summoned, you have time to mount up before anyone can technically attack you. Always be mounted in Albion Online. Better to be safe than sorry.
