Here is my under two hours run for AM2R on Hard Mode 100%. Please note that this is NOT a single segment run. I use save stations and restarted often to try to get a faster time. I have combined every segment together into one video instead of having 27 or so separate videos.

Ydola on Twitch (YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZFqlSBkg4VqSdT3OIvYcBw) came up with an awesome route to get 100% under two hours. Of course, this requires you to get the early Power Bomb from the Area 3 entrance. Since this is patched in Version 1.1, it's hard to say if a 100% run under two hours is possible without early Power Bombs. You can get a lot of items pretty early with them. One thing I really like about this run is how I figured out to quickly beat The Tester (battle at 1:12:04) very quickly.
