New feature with the Gigabyte BIOS for Ryzen 7000 series motherboards. The "Performance Bung" seems to be a preset list of curve optimizer all core negative offset values that correspond to different levels. This is specific to the Gigabyte agesa 1.0.0.4 bios.

For example, 80 Level 1 means 80c thermal limit with all core -10 offset on curve optimizer.
