David Daniels found out about me through my Final Fantasy X HD Remaster walkthrough. We got to talking about a couple of things and he asked me if I wanted to be involved in HIS project voicing one of his characters.
One of the characters turned out to be Matthias Gamble. One of the game's main characters and leading roles. You may have seen him in a few pictures posted already on my facebook/twitter pages. He's the guy with the long dark hair and dark jacket. You can read up about him and others on the Amaranthine Story Facebook and Indiegogo pages.
If you follow me on Facebook and Twitter then you know me well enough to know that I'm a big fan of voice acting the characters in video games. Going all the way back throughout the years. I've always have had interest in voice acting and it seems work and effort do pay off. I consider this a huge opportunity and am very excited in bringing 100% of my effort into this alongside the rest of the cast and crew.
I also wanted to thank everyone for the online support throughout the years. All the encouragement from those old days kept me going when all we had was a little stick mic and emulators like zsnes and epsxe. It's crazy how stuff can evolve and what it can lead to. Like a future Wife for example.
Now about the Indiegogo campaign. This video game like many others out there are being backed by the people. The fans. Us. They come from many many sources. This right here being one of the many. That's what sites like Indiegogo and kickstarter are all about as I'm sure you're aware. Fans helping the cause.
If any of you want to contribute to the making of this game please visit the official Amaranthine Story Indiegogo page here. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/amaranthine-story-development/
You can learn more about the project from the creator of the game itself. There's character art, background information, game development and more in the near future.
If anyone wants to donate to the Amaranthine Story all you have to do is look on the right side of the Indiegogo page and read through the list of benefits you receive from each donation you make. You can also make a custom donation of your choosing entirely if you so wish. Any other questions you have about it David Daniels I'm sure would answer for you. I thought I should mention some of these perks come with just a limited supply. Creator David Daniels also intends to add more over time.
If anyone has any questions about the Amaranthine Story feel free to ask me. I'll do my best to answer. Remember I'm just one of many in this project. You can always ask creator David Daniels on his Facebook/Indiegogo pages.
One final thing I ask is for you. Every single person who is reading this to spread the news! Spread this link! I'd say it's the most important thing of all. Retweet/reshare/repost/reply. Send it it out to everyone you can. If a million people see that site good things will happen. You never know whose eyes this will eventually come across. Just like my FFX HD walkthough came across a certain persons set of eyes. Post videos on youtube if you wish. I plan on doing that myself shortly. It's the way this is sure to be a success.
Thanks for taking the time to read this everyone and thank you very much for any help and support from you towards this project. I plan to post another update soon in regards to the teaser trailer. I hope I went over everything and I also hope we make this game a huge success. Who knows how big this could become. Big things start small.
