Amazon Keeps Breaking My Deliveries! Missing Items Too!
I am beyond frustrated with this, and I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but Amazon in my area has been terrible in recent months. I tend to order my 3D printer filament from Amazon, and Kingroon filament tends to be one of the best values on filament I've found. For the third or fourth time now, Amazon has smashed the daylights out of my filament order to the point that I have 2 worthless filament spools. But not only that, I ordered a 3 pack of filament, and I'm missing a spool! I am so tired that Amazon keeps breaking my deliveries and that there are missing items too!
What I ordered:
https://amzn.to/47b9n5E
What I got:
I received the 2 black spools of Kingroon filament, but the spools were severely damaged. The outer ring of one spool was cracked on around 20% of the radiuses, while the other spool was cracked around where the filament was retained.
What was missing:
The Grey PLA spool is missing completely. The box was clearly damaged and re-taped. At some point someone had to have noticed that the box was open, and it just didn't register to anyone that something was missing.
What I'm doing:
I reached out to Amazon's chat support and shared my feedback. They are replacing the order entirely, however, they are unwilling to expedite the shipping. I am currently out of black PLA, so for me that means I am behind the 8-Ball to get things printed for Christmas orders. Not only was this order damaged and missing something, the other I had that arrived today ALSO was missing something that is a gift for my wife!
This is sadly not the first time I have had an issue with Amazon damaging a shipment of filament. Because I use a Bambu Labs AMS which spins the spools of filament on the outer diameter, having cracks and damage like this sucks. I am glad that Amazon is replacing these, however, I have 0 confidence that the spools will arrive undamaged. Have you experienced damage and missing items from Amazon?
