Testing out the 1080p DVRe recorder built into the AMD Gaming Evolved Client. The game tested was Titanfall which was running at a native 4k resolution (the AMD Gaming Evolved client can only record up to 1080p).

The settings on the recorder are maxed out but unfortunately the quality suffers a little bit as the DVR doesn't seem to offer a higher quality option (higher bitrates, etc). If you wish to record uncompressed/full frame then I would recommend something along the lines of MSI Afterburner.

On a positive note, there is almost no frame drops using the Gaming Evolved DVR. I've accidentally recorded hours of footage in World of Warcraft with it and never experienced frame drops. The same can be said for Titanfall.
