On May 31, 1932, Commodore and Atari chief engineer Jay Miner was born. This is known as Jay Miner day, or more commonly, International Amiga Day! Help us celebrate this special day in your own way. Here is a slideshow I put together of Amiga design sketch artwork.

Production Notes:
---------------------
Idea: January 2020
Edited: 7th Feb 2020 - 25th March 2020
Version: V1.0 (7 Inch Version)

I got the idea for making this slideshow at some point in January 2020, after finding a whole bunch of drawings on the MobyGames web site. At first the progress was slow going, but after downloading odd images here and there, I had enough to make a video. The order is somewhere near alphabetical but not absolutely. The music was randomly chosen from my Funk and Groove mods, to help give it a funky and groovy feel.

The whole thing was rendered on the 25th of March, but now what could I use it for?? I had no idea. I knew Amiga 35 was coming up, and also 7K Subs, so there had to be a way to use it. Today I got back from taking care of my mum around 8pm, and realised I had missed International Amiga Day. As this vid is all about design and sketches, there was just enough time to upload the film, and drop a note on Lemon Facebook to mark the occasion.

Ironically, what you are watching is version 1 of the slideshow. I kept finding odd bits of art and ideas after this was rendered. So in May of 2020 I went back to the edit, and added the new bits I found onto the end of the video, and swapped the music around a bit. This was then rendered as V2. So although this is May 31st, you are watching the March version and not the May version. I'll upload that and release it for Amiga 35.
