Here is three tricks/glitches: 1- I show that you can boost on the pillar if you jump when they fall down so you can go faster to the next one. 2- If you enter the orb chamber at the same moment than the last shadow stomp of the Inner sanctum, the shadow chase music will continu up to the credit like shown in this video. 3- you can go aside Alexander with pillar and wall jump to see him dying(I find this one very hard to do but with practise it can become easier and the wall jump glitch have always been my weakness in glitches. Also You can go up there before making the pillar fall down and go up behind him very high and see the floating rock from near. So this would be nice to see in a 100% good ending speedrun because of you go up there, wait and when the portal open you jump with agrippa in your hand and throw him in the portal. I'll upload a video later.
