19While waiting for V18, we heard the Palmetto's horn. P42DC #96 leads today's P090 by Collier Yard heading for Petersburg Amtrak Station. Maybe P090's beginning point at Richmond was temporary after all. Seems that we often get friendly Amtrak engineers. I think this guy waved with both hands, lol! Enjoy!
