In this video I talk about a proposed idea for a Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour ELO system and website whereby the data stored on gentool.net/zh/data might possibly be used to convert into statistics. These stats would then be sent to a website which would then use an ELO system to place players in a ranking system. The website should ideally present things in a very eye-catching and visual way and also be discoverable from a Google search.

This idea, if feasible would bring all communities together under one website and one ranking system. So if I played a game (on GenTool) on CNC Online / Revora, my game would be recorded on the site, providing it gets uploaded. Likewise if I played a game on GameRanger, it would be recorded (if uploaded to gentool.net site). And finally if I played on Radmin or any other 3rd party platform, my stats would be recorded on the proposed website too.

Things we are looking for:
- People with experience in python or node.js
- People with experience in HTML & CSS
- Experience with frameworks
- Someone with Database knowlegde (SQL, NoSQL, XQuery, OQL)
