An Episode A Day 1: Devcraft
145I'm trying something new! A new mental health experiment. There is only one rule.
Every. Single. Day. I must record something.
It doesn't matter what it is. It doesn't matter how long it is. It doesn't even matter if I upload it or not. Just as long as I record /something/
Why am I doing this? Because over the course of time and my continued battle with anxiety, panic and general mental health stuff I have wanted to create a caring, healthy, exercise for myself that works along the lines of exposure therapy.
I noticed as my anxiety worsened toward the end of 2018 that I was recording and uploading less and less. I was attaching work to my anxiety. This is no good. So I want to create a boundary between my anxiety and recording. And this is the best way I think I can do it.
So thank you for joining me! And I look forward to entertaining you with what ever random junk ends up on this channel because of it ;)
