Hello, Cookies 😃☀️!
Today I am vlogging about what it is like living with anxiety. I was diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety and it has been challenging. The heavy weekly therapy with homework has given me a few tools to understand myself and recognize healthy ways of coping. I don't want to be someone who just steps back and does nothing and blames everything on their mental health. It IS impacting my life but I am trying my utmost to fix everything. I have always been a fixer, both for myself and others and for problems in general. I like identifying what the issue is and fixing it.

The game I am currently playing on the Nintendo Switch Oled is Little Dragons Café 🥞🍰🎮!
