Here are my pre-surgery, surgery and post-surgery tips if you are having laparoscopic surgery 🩹. There are some tips I haven't mentioned (ex: taking stool softeners. I don't need those, I usually eat food rich in fiber anyway 😋) because they were not pertinent to my own experience.
