Cowboy 3030 is an Indie, Action Roguelike with a strong, Sci-Fi Western feel, it’s a 3rd person shooter packing six shooters and Procedural Generation of the outdoor, wild west dungeons.

The Combat:
The combat in Cowboy 3030 feels fast, and your character feels powerful, with your starting 6 gun, an electric whip, and a recharging flashbang grenade to toss for crowd control.
You also have a dash on a super short, 1 second cooldown, so your cowboy is very survivable here!
Plus, no bump damage here; good!
Enemies have to earn their hits here in the old scifi west!

The Dungeon:
In the outdoor randomized dungeons of Cowboy 3030, you can shoot barrels for coins, and blast fruit off cacti for healing.
Both these coins and hp drops do not disappear, so you don’t have to worry about the game robbing you of your well-earned loot.
The Coins are the within run currency, used in the shop to buy upgrades to further strengthen your cowboy.

Meta Progression:
As you do runs; you unlock additional items that can drop, like a sword, a bow, and other perks like tunnel vision; nice.

Controller support is present, as is good old mouse and keyboard; I found mouse and keyboard controls better here.

Local Co-op is planned for the full release.

Note: This is an early look at the demo for Cowboy 3030, so any bugs or other oddness is not representative of the final product.
Still, Cowboy 3030 is a fast and fun SciFi Cowboy Action Shooter with random dungeons and interesting loot to discover, and is easily worth a wishlist and a watch.
