Okay, so... the sleep on the Mei was fully intentional, the interruption of her ultimate was not intended as I had no way of knowing she had it or was about to throw it. I was really just trying to time my sleep for when her cryo wore off in order to disable her momentarily and ensure her demise. As a result when I slept her out of Blizzard I reached over and hit F9 to request this highlight.

If you're wondering how my ability came off cooldown with 4 seconds left on cooldown, that is an error in the highlight. It'd had Sleep Dart up the entire time Mei was in cryo and had been waiting for her to exit it.
