So... as time passes on I've been diving deeper into the whole "Copyright" stuff and see what has been happening, even though it hasn't really affected me but... it could and so with that... I decided to do some thinking about it...

What have I come up with? Make a one minute video, and just put a thumbnail in said video. In the video however, there would be an annotation that leads to the actual video which would be owned by Nintendo and they would get the ad revenue from that video (it would also be unlisted so that people would have to go through the 1 minute video before seeing it)

... It may sound a little harder for viewers to watch but lets face it, what would you rather have, no more Nintendo videos (... ok I probably would still do a few but... I wouldn't be doing as many as I'd like to myself) or... would you rather me do the 1 minute video thing when it comes time (IF it comes time) and actually be able to play any Nintendo game I want? (It'd also be a good way for those popular LP'ers to get back into it too)

... I kinda feel like I should ban whoever says that in whatever way they word it. How long do you think it takes a person to edit out movies for theaters and all that "fun" stuff that people don't think about? It takes a bit of time depending on the length of the video really. Plus, if the person is entertaining you wouldn't that be considered a job? I mean comedians entertain you with words and they make a living off it, so shouldn't this be considered part of the entertainment industry?

Anyways, later today I'll be putting up 2 other videos (along with an unlisted video example so 3 if you count that) that talk more about this whole ordeal.

I probably won't do this however UNTIL Nintendo actually does start taking 3rd party copyright action on the channel which... has not really happen right now so don't fear yet.
