Firstly, sorry I kept saying Setup because I suddenly forgot the word Prime.
Basically, this is a quick and easy way without always googling what weapons / abilities you want to use as Primers and Chain Combo Finishers.) Some weapons as Primer's do not have symbols but those are few and far between.
This guide does not state exactly what those icons mean, but after hours of experimenting it is enough to safely determine how to do a Self or Single Player Combo. If you have any further information, please comment below, politely.
