Apex Legends' Servers in a Nutshell
2Hmm.
To be fair, this "only" happens every 5th to 6th game or something but when it happens it's super annoying, espeically when it's ranked and you can't just leave without getting a 10 min cooldown... Servers really are the thing that needs the biggest improvement besides audio.
The new performance overlay is pretty good in theory because it shows things like packet loss (which is what causes the teleporting to happen) and more but apparently it's just another thing that hasn't been tested at all, otherwise I can't explain how nobody noticed that it overlaps with the kill/assist counter. Besides, it has to be re-enabled each time you launch the game which is another thing that really makes me wonder if Respawn even tests the things they implement.
Unrelated, but this is the first video where I use Vegas Pro 18. Seems to be the best version so far because it did not introduce any issues for me and improved a few things that are actually useful (like allowing to set the pixel format correctly which fixes the "wrong" colors inside the preview which is nice because I don't have to use any workarounds anymore).
