This is easily my favorite extreme demon in the entire game so far. Aesthetically, this level is perfect in every aspect, and the old-school style of gameplay is just the cherry on top. The gimmicks such as the breakable block section at 5%, the beat blocks at 53%, and the slicing blocks found in the part at 67% are all so wonderfully put together. This level fit my skillsets very well, with timings and nerve control being put as the main skillset focus. The break parts are also a really good inclusion, and the way they work is very interesting. Yes, they are easy, but they can become a roadblock if you happen to not be focusing on the terrain you are on. I love how these parts allow you to take in how far in you are and they work wonders in building up nerves, yet they pose their own unique challenge. Speaking of unique challenges, the ship parts are wide open enough to the point where you don't really need to build up a click pattern in most cases, but the maneuvers are still pretty hard to do sometimes, such as the click at 50%, the gap at 51%, and the maze-like way the final ships are structured are all so cleverly done. Personally, I found the ship at 47% to be the hardest of the bunch. Also, the way that the timings work where you have to hit specific points of the orb and the way that you can easily line up the timings that are far closer to frame perfect feels like a direct love letter to the levels that I tend to play and enjoy on this channel. The way the gameplay flows is super satisfying, and the way the visuals sync and the way each part feels cohesive yet distinct really make this level stand out. For bugs, they are very minor, but you can die at the cutscene at 81% at the point where some invisible slopes meet (btw the saw is negative scaled so it does not kill you), but it was pretty easy to work around by just avoiding the very center of the saw. I would fix this by changing the two slopes to just one or simply not having them in at all. There was also 68% which can launch you into the blue orb a bit too far to the left for my liking, but I think it is still possible nonetheless. I died to this once from 0%, but it came at a time when I really did not want this grind to end. Huge GGs to Nasgubb, it would have to be a miracle to top this in enjoyment. This level was well worth the grind, and a great level to jump to.
