In this part, Alita Tiala testifies about her recent trip to the victim's clinic, in order to warn him about the murder plot against him. Clearly, the warning didn't work, and just as clearly, this story is a lie. After all, she knew about Wocky's botched operation, and she was keeping this a secret from him.

Using his powers of perception, Apollo is able to figure out that the information about Wocky's botched operation became a threat to the witness recently. Why? Because of Wocky's recent medical check-up. Alita admits that Wocky's medical chart was troublesome to her, but she claims nothing happened when she asked for it.

Apollo then pulls out the bullet that was found inside the safe with the medical records. It seems that someone fired a pistol when the safe was opened. Police analysis says that the bullet came from the murder weapon. She must have stolen the gun from Wocky, but of course, she claims that is not the case.
